Gábor Kovács is a partner in Kovács, Szalay, Benyőcs és Társai Law Firm. His practice focuses on providing bespoke business legal consultancy for clients ranging from private equity firms to transnational companies with investments in the Central Eastern European region.

Iulia is a Romanian law qualified lawyer highly specialized in Corporate, M&A, Labour, Data Protection, Consumer Protection and Environment practices. She has extensive experience in top-ranked law firms, both international and local. Iulia is a member of the Romanian Union of Lawyers and of the Romanian Bar Association since 2004 and has an online MBA Essentials certificate granted by the London School of Economics.
Chen is the collaborating partner of BLS with an extensive knowledge in managing legal matters in respect of the European operation of the subsidiaries of Chinese Enterprises. Chen is specialized in Corporate M&A, construction, real estate, dispute resolution and arbitration. She is Fluent in English, Hungarian and Chinese.
As the finance manager, Adél is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of BLS. She advises on investment plans, monitors the company’s finances, produces financial reports, and is also responsible for the billing process. She is working closely with the management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
Ádám Benyőcs is a seasoned dispute-resolution generalist with extensive experience in domestic litigation and arbitration. Since his graduation from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) of Budapest in 2011, he gained experience working with major international law firms and as a sole practitioner. Ádám’s professional goal is to determine the best route to his clients’ success – either through settlement, or by putting up a fight.
Réka Dancsa-Nábráczky is an associate at Kovács, Szalay, Benyőcs és Társai Law Firm. Réka has experience in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, including due diligence exercises and general corporate matters. Réka has been involved in financial, capital markets and corporate refinancing projects. She also assists clients in employment and immigration cases.

Mariann Légrády is working as an assistant / paralegal providing legal assistance for the projects of the firm by executing administative tasks.
Before joining our team, Mariann was working for a prestigious law firm and US based multinational companies, where she had the opportunity to support the CEO as well as other key management members (production planner, logistics manager, engineering, HR leaders and legal partners) in their everyday work. Having a strong background in administration, processes and corporate matters, Mariann is responsible for building up and maintaining corporate and immigration documentation hierarchy and systems in a professional way, participating in the adequate administration of the projects, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date all the time. In project management matters she also provides general administrative support, written reports and quality data as the project and clients require.
Angéla’s decade-long advocacy practice is focused on criminal law. Her key strength lies in the solid knowledge of both substantive and procedural law. Angéla has argued cases in all levels of courts defending individuals and corporations facing criminal prosecution. She has successfully defended and represented clients before all sort of investigating authorities and throughout forensic audits. She has particular expertise in crimes related to the operation of business undertakings and she is experienced in representing corporations as victims of professional misconduct.
Réka Markóczy is a junior associate at Kovács, Szalay, Benyőcs és Társai Law Firm. She is supporting the team in a diverse range of legal areas.
Réka also holds an MA in International Business and Economics, enabling her to understand complex corporate structures, finances, and commercial decisions. Réka mostly focuses on regulatory, commercial, and energy-related issues, but has also been involved in several litigation cases.
Dániel worked as a legal intern at BLS from late 2023 until February 2025. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in 2025 and has since been working as a junior associate at BLS. He supports the team across a broad range of legal areas, including civil law, labour law, immigration matters, regulatory compliance and litigation.
As an associate at BLS, Bence primarily strengthens the firm’s dispute resolution practice. He has extensive litigation experience across a wide range of legal areas, including financial markets, corporate matters, public services, and enforcement law. Beyond his litigation work, Bence advises business associations on corporate and commercial law and is also engaged in real estate projects and condominium-related matters.
Tünde is a graduate of Péter Pázmány Catholic University, Faculty of Law, and Political Sciences, and holding a master’s degree in public policy from Central European University. She has substantial experience in public administration ranging from drafting legal and policy materials to liaising with partners. During her posting as an attaché at the Permanent Representation of Hungary to the EU in Brussels, she gained valuable insights into EU decision-making procedures and was entrusted with representing national mandates. She brings a thorough understanding of EU and Hungarian policies in various fields. Tünde mainly assists clients in the energy sector, designing complex strategies to navigate them in the ever-changing regulatory environment. Building on her EU and international experience, she has joined our team as an of counsel.
Sára is a litigation counsel at BLS, where she provides essential support to the dispute resolution team across multiple legal areas. With a strong academic background and the indepth knowledge gained during her tenure at the Supreme Court of Hungary, Sára brings exceptional expertise to her role. Her prior experience has equipped her with a keen eye for detail, meticulous research skills, and an unwavering commitment to legal excellence. Sára plays a key role in delivering wellfounded legal analyses and contributes significantly to achieving favorable outcomes for clients, strengthening the firm’s reputation for robust legal argumentation.
Balázs advises clients primarily on corporate, commercial, and IT/privacy matters. In addition to his solid experience in these fields, he contributed to several landmark masslitigation cases early in his career. His interest in technology led him to broaden his practice into IT and data protection. Combining this expertise with a strong foundation in traditional legal areas, Balázs delivers clear, businessfocused advice to multinational companies on complex transactional and compliance matters. He also supports clients in employment and immigration issues.
Daniella graduated from Eötvös Loránd University, and later pursued studies at Milano-Bicocca University. She worked at a Magic Circle law firm, followed by a role as legal counsel at a multinational company. She obtained LLM in commercial law, then in public procurement law. For the past 20 years, she has represented clients in the fields of public procurement law, real estate law and commercial law. She has significant involvement in various M&A transactions. Her academic background and international experiences have strengthened her ability to deal with all aspects of a project. She provides legal services in a way that lets her clients stay focused on their business.
Péter Varró is a junior associate at BLS, focusing on data protection and civil law, with a particular emphasis on contract and real estate matters. He also has experience across a broad range of legal areas, including immigration law, labor law, and regulatory compliance, allowing him to support clients with wellrounded and practical legal solutions. Peter’s unwavering motivation and strong work ethic make him an essential member of the BLS team.
Péter has gained valuable experience working as an in-house counsel over a decade at various multinational companies active in the digital and retail industries. He managed data protection and privacy related matters, including acting as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) for more than six years, and coordinated between various teams to ensure complience across different markets. His expertise extends to consumer protection, cybersecurity, and competition law, ensuring that businesses operate in full compliance with EU and national regulations. With his in-depth knowledge of the digital economy and regulatory frameworks, Péter develops innovative corporate solutions tailored to the evolving needs of his clients.
